A prepaid deposit is required at the time you make a reservation for your pet(s.)
If a client does not show for an appointment and didn’t cancel at least 2 business days prior to the appointment, a $10 no-show fee will be charged for every appointment missed.
Clients giving the required, prior notice (at least 2 business days) will not be charged a no-show fee.
Clients bringing in Feral Cats do not need to pay a copay, as they are not required to make an appointment. They must bring feral cats on Mondays or Tuesdays. Click to view the Feral Cat Policy on our TNR Page.
Payment may come in the form of cash, credit card, debit card, check, or money order.
