ASN offers curbside service. Please, review the information below.
When dropping off your pet(s):
As you enter the Clinic’s parking lot you will be greeted by an employee and given an admission form and medical questionnaire for each of your pet’s scheduled for surgery.
You will then be assigned a parking space (all spaces are numbered) where you can review and sign the admission form(s) and medical questionnaire(s). Once all paperwork has been completed you will instructed to turn on your emergency flashers, which will signal an employee to come to your vehicle.
An employee will come to your vehicle and review your paperwork. Any payments due will be collected at this time. If paying by cash we require exact change. If paying by credit or debit card we will collect the information without touching your card and use this information to charge your card through our terminal. Your card information will be shredded immediately after the transaction. If you are paying by check please make the check to: Alabama Spay Neuter Clinic.
Once we have reviewed your paperwork and received payments due (if any), you will be instructed to drive your vehicle to our unloading station where you can drop your pet off. If a line has formed (similar to a car pool line), we will unload the lead car at the drop off station before the next car is signaled forward to be unloaded. For distancing and safety reasons you will be asked to stay in your vehicle until you are at the drop-off station. Employees will not enter your vehicle but will stand directly outside your vehicle and take your pet from you at the drop-off station. Please have all cats in carriers. If you don’t have a carrier, please let the administrative staff know when you pull into the parking lot and we will bring one to your vehicle. We will also bring dog leashes to your vehicle. Please remove any collars or harnesses before unloading your pet.
